• Civil and structural engineering design

• Design of structural elements/members such as foundation, columns, slabs, beams, and staircase and roof structures

Tanga Quay walls, Tanzania

• Design and Upgrading of the quay walls at the port.

Office Buildings

Regional Office Building in Arusha for the Tanzania Revenue Authority

• The buildings comprise of basement, offices, storage, warehouse and the associated external works such as access road, car park, storm water drainage and boundary wall.five storey.

Blue Rock Building Complex for M/S Mgalla in Arusha.

• We were the civil/structural designer for this project.

Sykes Building in Arusha Municipality

• This includes design of structural framing and civil works such as water supply including covering reticulation and distribution, foul water and storm water drainage
• Design of roads and car parks.

ELIA COMPLEX at the junction of UWT Road and Zanaki Street, Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania.

Oyster Bay Hotel, Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania.

• We produced drawings and technical report assisting the Client in claiming compensation from their insurer after fire damage

South Beach Resort, South Tanzania

• Civil and structural engineering design and production of working drawing for 129 units of unique residential development in a 40 acre development at the serene south beach on the outskirts of Dar es Salaam for Mutual Developers Limited. 

Bilila Lodge and Hotels at the Serengeti National Park in Mara Region for M/S ASB Tanzanian Limited the owner of Kilimanjaro Kempinski Hotels.

• The firm has been appointed by M/S Viaplan Engineers from South Africa to carry out supervision and any modification for the current construction of Bilila Lodge.
